近年来，作为项目负责人主持承担国家社会科学基金、教育部人文社会科学研究项目、北京市教育科学规划等多个国家级及省部级科研项目，已公开出版学术著作4部，发表论文10余篇。为本科及研究生主讲过《人力资源管理》、《组织行为学》、《绩效管理》、《薪酬管理》、《人员测评与招聘》、《职业生涯管理》以及《组织行为与人力资源管理研究方法》等多门课程；主讲企业人力资源管理师国家职业资格认证培训课程；主持及参与各类企业咨询项目多项，为多种类型的组织提供过管理咨询服务。先后为北京市国资委、首发集团、吉视传媒集团、中国企业家思想俱乐部、中国农业银行、中国应急管理报社、北京教育音像报刊社以及棕榈大道等多个组织提供过课程培训以及人力资源管理类的咨询和顾问工作，包括组织结构与人员编制优化，人力资源培训方案设计与实施，绩效与薪酬管理体系建设等。

 

Qiu Yong, male, born in Beijing, Ph.D. in Management, associate professor, supervisor of graduate students. He graduated from Beijing Normal University, major in Human Resource Management and Business Management. He is the director of human resource management department. Dr. Qiu has involved in several academic projects including National Social Science Fund and Natural Science Foundation of China, in addition, he participated in many management consulting projects for different types of enterprises. Dr. Qiu published several papers on the selective journals, his research interest focus on organizational behavior and human resource management.
