武晓宇，男，管理学博士，副教授，硕士生导师。

2010年6月毕业于大连理工大学数学科学学院，同年获得国家留学基金委全额奖学金，赴（日本）横滨国立大学硕博连读，于2015年9月获得管理学博士学位。

研究领域：现代服务业创新管理、员工能力开发、跨文化管理。

学术成果：主持国家级社科科学基金项目“新员工资质过剩正向引导与创造性绩效提升研究”（2021-2024），主持北京市教委科研计划一般项目“基于顾客导向的北京现代服务业价值网络构建研究”（2018-2019，已结项），主持企业横向项目，参与其他国家级课题研究4项，发表多篇SSCI检索学术论文，出版学术专著1部。

主讲课程：为本科生开设《管理学》、《跨文化管理》、《商业伦理与企业社会责任》；为学术硕士研究生和IMBA开设《全球化与跨文化管理》、《人力资源管理（全英）》等课程，担任《跨文化管理》课程负责人。

教学成果：荣获（首届）北京工商大学课程思政优秀教师评选一等奖，2021.3。

学术交流：在日留学期间，曾经赴巴黎，台北等参加国际学术会议并做学术发表，并获得横滨国立大学国际学术交流奖励事业奖及横滨国际社会科学学会发表奖等奖项。担任多项国内外高水平管理学期刊的匿名审稿人。

Xiaoyu Wu, male, Ph.D in Management, associate professor, supervisor of graduate students. He graduated from School of Mathematical Sciences, Dalian University of Technology. Sponsored by CSC in the same year, he advanced his studies of Master and Ph.D in Yokohama National University in Japan, and achieved his Ph.D of Business Management in September 2015.

Dr. Wu has involved in several academic projects including National Social Science Fund (2021-2024) and Beijing Municipal Education Commission Social Science Fund (2018-2019). He has also participated in many management consulting projects for a lot of enterprises. Dr. Wu had published several papers on Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI) cited journals and his research interests mainly focus on industrial and organizational psychology and organizational behaviors.

Dr. Wu had given academic presentations of international conference in ICAP and APCBSS, and he gained International Academic Communication Award of Yokohama National University and International Academic Conference Fund of Association of Yokohama International Social Science Studies for his contribution on international management research.
