Duan Mengran, was born in Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Management in 2014 and Ph.D. in Management in 2019, both from Central University of Finance and Economics. She did academic research in the University of Texas at Dallas from Jan, 2018 to Jul, 2018. She joined Business School, Beijing Technology and Business University in 2019. Her research focuses on capital market and corporate behaviors, corporate governance, as well as corporate strategy. Dr. Duan’s research papers have been published in the,etc.
